They couldn't install in the current home in the timeframe I needed. In a previous home I purchased a stairlift from ******* ******** so I had experience with them, also I never had a problem with that stairlift. Victims have reported receiving a letter that claims the recipient has won a large cash prize from the Consumer's And Merchandise Reward Program of New York City. The business contacted BBB in April 2014 regarding a lottery scheme utilizing the Acorn Stairlifts name targeted towards seniors.
